How we collect, use and protect your information.
Bloom Studio sells ready-made digital products and 1:1 design consultations. When we say "we" or "us" on this page, we mean Bloom Studio.
We only collect what we need to fulfil your order or answer your message: your name, email address, and the details you type into our contact form. Payments are handled by Stripe — card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and never reach our website.
To deliver your files, confirm and schedule consultations, reply to enquiries, and — only if you opt in — send occasional updates about new products.
Our payment processor (Stripe) and our email provider, strictly so they can perform those services for us. We never sell your data.
Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and support. Contact-form messages are deleted once the conversation is closed.
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@bloomstudio.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
This site uses only the cookies required for it to function. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page first.
